About Daria

It wasn't designed in the abstract. It was built in a treatment room.

Everything in the product comes from one real clinic — its catalogue, its year of visits, its forms. When something did not add up, the mistake was in Daria.

01Origin

Built with a clinic in Madrid

Daria was built with a clinic in Madrid, with its real catalogue in front of us: the prices it charges, the packages it sells, the sessions each patient has left, and the words its team uses for everything. No example treatments.

Then its whole of 2026 went in: every visit, with its treatment, its practitioner and how it was paid for. Not to show off a dataset, but so we could open a report, show it to the owner and ask whether that number was hers. When it wasn't, the mistake was in Daria and not in reality.

And its consent forms — its own, seventeen of them, exactly as they are written. Signing on the tablet does not change a comma of the text: it changes the paper.

That is where the small-looking decisions come from: that one appointment carries several treatments, because that is how they are sold; that follow-up asks different questions per treatment, because a toxin is not watched the way a filler is; that a possible complication reaches the WhatsApp of the person who held the needle, not a shared inbox nobody reads on a Sunday.

We cannot name the clinic yet. When she is ready, we will.

02Principles

  • It acts only through real tools

Daria does not “promise” an appointment in a sentence. It books by calling the same availability engine your reception uses, and if the opening isn't there, there is no appointment. Nothing it says can create something the agenda would refuse.

  • There is always a person behind it

Any conversation can be taken over with one click. Clinical matters, complaints and anything prescription-related go to a person, always, rather than depending on how well the message was worded.

  • Safety over helpfulness

An answer that does not help is better than one that oversteps. Daria gives no medical advice, no doses, and no opinion on whether a treatment suits someone.

  • Honest about what it is

It introduces itself as an assistant in the first message, without being asked. If a patient would rather talk to a person, she asks and she gets one.

  • Built with a clinic, not at a desk

Behind every product decision there is a real treatment room, a real catalogue and an owner saying “that is not how it works”.

03Team

Who is behind it

Daria is built by Aninda, with a clinic in Madrid and its team. One clinic, on purpose: while there are few of them, every product decision goes through a real treatment room first. There is no sales team: if you ask for a demo he is the one who replies, and he will say no if he thinks Daria does not suit your clinic. The compliance assessment is reviewed by an outside specialist before the first pilot with real patients.

Want to be the second?

We are choosing the first clinics slowly, because we want to be on top of each one. Half an hour, with your catalogue in front of us.
