Privacy policy

This policy explains how we handle the details you leave at daria.soy. It does not cover a clinic's patient data: for that the clinic is the controller and Daria acts as processor under the agreement signed with it.

Purpose
To handle your demo request or commercial enquiry: to contact you, prepare the demonstration, and follow up that conversation reasonably.
We do not add you to any mailing list and do not use your details for third-party advertising.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) when you ask for a demo, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for other enquiries.
The form does not ask for, and must not be used to send, health data or patient data.
What we process
What you type into the form: name, clinic, city, phone or WhatsApp, email and any message you add. Technically we record the time of sending and an origin marker for the request to prevent abuse and automated submissions.
Retention
We keep the request for as long as the commercial conversation lasts and then for [period — e.g. 12 months] in case you come back to us. After that it is deleted.
Recipients and processors
We use hosting and email providers that act as processors and handle the data in the European Union: [list providers and location]. We do not share your details with anyone else unless legally required.
Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@daria.soy and saying which one you wish to exercise. We reply within the legal period of one month.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
