Privacy policy

This policy explains how we handle the details you leave at daria.soy. It does not cover a clinic's patient data: for that the clinic is the controller and Daria acts as processor under the agreement signed with it.
Controller
Aninda, owner of daria.soy, based in Madrid, Spain. Email: hola@daria.soy. The company name and tax ID are published here as soon as the company is incorporated.
There is no designated data protection officer for this processing, which covers demo requests and commercial enquiries only. Write to hola@daria.soy with any privacy question and the controller answers you himself.
Purpose
To handle your demo request or commercial enquiry: to contact you, prepare the demonstration, and follow up that conversation reasonably.
We do not add you to any mailing list and do not use your details for third-party advertising.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) when you ask for a demo, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for other enquiries.
The form does not ask for, and must not be used to send, health data or patient data.
What we process
What you type into the form: name, clinic, city, phone or WhatsApp, email and any message you add. Technically we record the time of sending and an origin marker for the request to prevent abuse and automated submissions.
Retention
We keep the request for as long as the commercial conversation lasts and then for twelve months in case you come back to us. After that it is deleted. If you would rather we deleted it sooner, write to hola@daria.soy and we delete it.
Recipients and processors
Hosting is our own: the site and the app run on the controller's server in Madrid, Spain, inside the European Union, and that is where your request is kept. A static copy of the site is also served through Cloudflare, a content delivery network with infrastructure in the European Union, acting as a processor.
When a request arrives, a notice with your name, clinic, city and phone reaches the person who will reply, and the reply comes from hola@daria.soy, run with an email provider that also acts as a processor. There is no CRM, no email marketing tool and no advertising: we do not share your details with anyone else unless legally required.
Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@daria.soy and saying which one you wish to exercise. We reply within the legal period of one month.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies, loads no third-party scripts and sets no cookie that requires consent — which is why you will never see a cookie banner. If anything is ever measured, this policy will say so before it happens.
